Journeying Practices
Journeying for ourselves, others, and the world, we are keenly aware of the wisdom of “as above, so below, as within, so without.”
There are ongoing meetups to practice shamanic journeying in Gunnison and/or Crested Butte. Barb guides the group in various shamanic activities, which is an opportunity to brush up on or hone our journeying skills, gain confidence and a deeper understanding of the shamanic perspective.
Working in community brings camaraderie, and exponentially enhances spiritual work. It is such a blessing to receive inspiration and wisdom from Power Animals and Helping Spirits.
Weekday eves 6 – 8:30 p.m. and some weekends.
Location varies: Crested Butte – Crested Butte South – Gunnison
RSVPs appreciated if you will be attending.
May include water, tea, nuts/snacks, otherwise bring your own.
Bring a dedicated journal, pen/pencil, blanket/sleeping bag to lie on floor.
Optional: eye pillow, drum, or rattle.
